Here’s an excellent property with top notch deer, bear and grouse hunting. There’s a beautiful field that’s made up of a mix of alfalfa and clover that is excellent for the deer and other game in the area. There are great trails coming out to this field for this time of year. In a little while hear as the other natural foods start to die off this is where this field will really draw in the deer. There’s a big box tower stand looking over the field and some hidden pockets of the main field. The box stand is set up to drive an ATV right under it and has a nice staircase to access in and out really easily. What a great spot to sit with young kids or have an ageing hunter utilize!! The timber is a super nice mix of tree’s and quite there’ a few large white pines scattered in as well!! I saw several very nice trails cutting back and forth in the timber as well. The property would be great for deer, bear and grouse. A person could build a home, cabin or bring in a camper if they wish.
