    Eli assisted us in both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. We absolutely recommend Eli for any of your home sale/purchase needs! Eli is tenacious, dedicated, and experienced. He works incredibly hard for his clients, sacrificing time away from his friends and family to ensure that you feel completely represented during your transaction. Eli is very quick with his responses and seems to always be available. Even after the close of our home purchase, Eli was responding to our inquiries in short order (while he was on vacation!) Whenever we wanted clarification, or had questions, Eli had the answer. Eli is Old Home certified, and it’s obvious when you work with him that these older homes are his bread and butter. When we were touring some of the beautiful and historic neighborhoods in Minneapolis, Eli regaled us with historical tidbits, things to watch for in these old homes, and a breadth of home care tips for maintaining our home well into the future. His extensive experience as a realtor is clear - he navigates the complicated home purchase process with breathless ease, all the while distilling the nuances down in an easy-to-understand manner. Never once did we feel that something was being done which we did not understand either the reason for, or logic behind. Finally, Eli has a strong network and excellent brokerage backing him up. His assistant, Katie, is just as phenomenal to work with. Whenever something was needed, Eli knew a person who specialized in that process. Home selling and buying can be a massive challenge, but with Eli, it’s simple. There is no one else I would want in my corner during this time – and I highly recommend having him in yours.
