While walking this property it was pretty easy to find trails leading out towards the east heading towards the field. The property is a great mix of mostly aspen, a few maple mixed in as well as ash and the typical spruce, fir and a couple large white pine mixed in. The property has a trail that’s growing in some but it could be opened back up pretty quick that runs from out by the road all the way towards the back of the property. If a person opened this up they could easily get east and west on the place then create some spots along that main trail to build stands and create some shooting lanes from there. This property also has some good potential timber value in the future if you decided to log sometime down the road. Borders Kabetogama State Forest Land on west border. Has great spots to build a home, cabin or bring in your camper! Close to lots of excellent fishing lakes.
